In the open kitchen on the ground floor, you will find a large farmhouse sink, a 4-burner induction hob with integrated hood, a dishwasher, an oven and kitchen utensils. Adjoining the kitchen, a pantry will allow you to store your vegetables or other bottles and groceries, you will find a refrigerator with freezer compartment, plenty of storage, a microwave, a filter coffee machine, a Nespresso capsule machine and a French press, kettle, etc… A washbasin, as well as a toilet and a washing machine also equip this space.

A home stock is at your disposal: olive oil, salt, pepper, vinegar, sugar, coffee, tea, toilet paper, paper towels, spices, washing-up liquid, dishwasher powder, household products… And for gourmets, we always have a little local or homemade surprise for you to discover!

The dining room with its magnificent original cement tile floor, and its poetic ceiling/cloudy Camargue sky, is open to the kitchen and has direct access to the covered terrace. It is equipped with reversible air conditioning, several antique furniture containing crockery, tablecloths, towels, etc… At the beginning, from this dining room a staircase leads to the floor where the bedrooms and the bathroom are located.

The living room is located on the ground floor and communicates with the kitchen, it has a wooden staircase to access the first floor. You will find reversible air conditioning, a large convertible bench (180cm), a coffee table, several armchairs, a flat screen TV with wifi connection, DVD player (and DVD library), a large period stone fireplace for beautiful fireplaces in winter. The many openings in this room bring him a lot of light. Board games are available, as well as games/toys for children. Upstairs, the first bedroom is equipped with a 160cm bed with a slatted bed base, an old chest of drawers, a wardrobe, a marquetry secretary with armchair, two bedside tables and lamps. We have the possibility to add a travel cot for your baby (free of charge, ask for it when booking), or a 90cm bed for a child. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with an electric towel rail, chest of drawers, bench, coat hooks to hang your towels or clothes. It has a large walk-in shower, a toilet and a worktop with an imposing natural stone basin. Finally a second bedroom, communicating by the bathroom, with two twin beds in 90cm, two bedside tables with lamps as well as a pretty old chest of drawers and a small wardrobe.

The bedrooms are both equipped with reversible air conditioning, windows with shutters, blackout curtains and mosquito nets.

The living room and dining room are also equipped with reversible air conditioning, and mosquito nets on the windows and the skylight.

To enjoy the park and pool in front of our house, you will take a small path behind the sliding door of the covered terrace, which passes between our house and the huge fig tree. Around the pool, you will find deckchairs, tables, chairs and umbrellas, as well as some outdoor games (molki, croquet, balls, badminton rackets). At the back of the park, take advantage of the badminton net to improvise a game! or hammocks to take a nap under the trees…

Access to the park and pool in front of our house is allowed only from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. The swimming pool is equipped with an electric protective shutter, a staircase and a removable ladder.
